Fees & Payment
Dial4Law does not charge users for connecting them to a lawyer
Some attorneys may pay Dial4Law a marketing fee or a referral fee (where allowed)
Any legal fees are between you and the attorney, per your separate agreement
Eligibility
You must be 16 years or older to use our services. All submitted information must be accurate and truthful

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
Dial4Law is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Any liability is capped at $100 per claim
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
By using our platform, you agree to:
Final and binding arbitration through the AAA
Arbitration held in New York, NY
Waive rights to a jury trial or class action
Governed by New York law
Termination
We may terminate access to any user at any time without notice
