1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dial4Law, operated at dial4law.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dial4Law is an attorney matching service that connects users with independent, licensed New York attorneys based on their legal needs and location.

Dial4Law is NOT a law firm. Dial4Law does NOT provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation, or any other legal services. Dial4Law's role is limited to facilitating connections between users and independent attorneys.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship With Dial4Law

Use of Dial4Law does NOT create an attorney-client relationship between you and Dial4Law. Any attorney-client relationship is formed solely between you and the independent attorney you choose to retain.

Communications with Dial4Law are NOT protected by attorney-client privilege. Only communications between you and a retained attorney are protected by such privilege.

4. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a legally binding contract. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

5. User Obligations

When using the Service, you agree to:

✓     Provide accurate, current, and complete information

✓     Use the Service only for lawful purposes

✓     Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation

✓     Not interfere with the Service's operation or security

✓     Not use the Service to send unsolicited communications

✓     Not attempt to access accounts or data not belonging to you

✓     Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Attorney Network Participation

Attorneys who participate in the Dial4Law network are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Dial4Law. Dial4Law does not control how participating attorneys practice law, set their fees, or handle client matters.

Dial4Law makes reasonable efforts to verify participating attorneys' bar credentials and good standing at the time of network admission, but does not provide ongoing supervision or warranty of attorney quality, competence, or case outcomes.

7. Fees and Payment

Dial4Law's matching service is currently provided to users at no cost. Users are responsible for any fees charged by the attorney they choose to retain, which are governed by their separate agreement with that attorney.

Dial4Law reserves the right to modify or introduce fees in the future with appropriate notice.

8. No Guarantee of Outcome

Dial4Law makes NO representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any legal matter, the performance of any attorney in our network, or the success of your case. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

Legal matters involve inherent uncertainty. Even competent attorneys cannot guarantee specific results.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIAL4LAW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

✓     The performance, advice, or conduct of any attorney in our network

✓     The outcome of any legal matter

✓     Errors, omissions, or interruptions in the Service

✓     Unauthorized access to or alteration of your information

✓     Any other matter relating to the Service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dial4Law, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by Dial4Law or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at the address below.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Attorney Advertising Disclosure

Dial4Law operates as an attorney matching service connecting users with independent, licensed New York attorneys. Use of this website does not create an attorney-client relationship with Dial4Law. Any attorney-client relationship is formed solely between the user and the independent attorney retained. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
